I agree!
I agree!
And that is fine. But feeling no sympathy, and being happy, are different. People being happy about others misfortune was the point of my comment.
The comments regarding this are really disappointing. People hate Ubisoft so much, for fucking customers over, that they are glad that customers are being fucked. What is wrong with you lot? People look forward to things, they side with optimism over pessimism, but fuck them right! What a bunch of angry and frustrated individuals you seem to be.
I love how Hendy’s (the UK rail minister) wiki page has already been updated. He now has two controversial incidents…
"In 2013, Peter Hendy, who was then the Commissioner of Transport for London, was accused of engaging in a nine-month extramarital affair with a call girl. She alleged that Hendy provided her with several Oyster cards loaded with £10 as gifts.[18]
In 2024, Hendy faced significant criticism after a letter, released under a Freedom of Information request, revealed he pressured SYSTRA to dismiss an employee, rail engineer Gareth Dennis, for publicly voicing safety concerns regarding overcrowding at London’s Euston station"
I played rdr2 first and later played rdr1. Playing 1 made me want to play 2 again, which I did and loved it even more the 2nd time rpund.
I personally don’t think playing them out of order ruins anything story wise. It’s like watching or playing a sequel as opposed to a prequel if you play 2 first.
But…whilst rdr1 still looks and plays great, playing 2 first may take some of that away, as you’ll be used to rdr2 which is just about as perfect a video game one can be. I’d therefore recommend 1 then 2.
His children and grand children are raised Jewish. Guess they will still have to vote
All this does is hurt the poorer people trying to do what they feel is best for their children.
The original Roadhouse. Patrick not Jake. It’s both my favourite movie and my favourite popcorn movie. Peter G feels the same way.
I’ve posted this before but posting here in the hope others might benefit from it.
I was having issues with crashes in multiple games but rdr2 was the worst. I had a rig built with an i9 14900k and Asus hero z790.
I finally found the solution and it was to do with the default bios settings for my Asus MB and my i9 14900k.
In the document linked here…
Page 98, Table 17, Row 3: Reveals the stock turbo power limits for the 13900K and 14900K CPUs are 253W, not the 4,000+ my MB’s Bios settings default to. Page 184, Table 77, Row 6: Lists the maximum current limit at 307A, far below the MB’s default of 500+A.
I found this information in a Reddit post (https://www.reddit.com/r/overclocking/comments/1axepvu/optimizing_stability_for_intel_13900k_and_14900k/) and followed the settings as follows:
ASUS Z790 Motherboards:
Save your current settings into a profile so you can return to them later if you want.
Reset your BIOS to default settings. Ai Tweaker tab:
Disable MultiCore Enhancement.
Enable XMP(if your RAM supports it).
Set SVID behavior to Typical Scenario.
Set short duration turbo power = 253
Set long duration turbo power = 253
Set max core/cache current = 307Amps
Doing this immediately stabilised the CPU temps as well as bring down the average temp by ~10 to 15c. It’s been a few months now with zero crashes.
Hope this helps someone
Whilst this was happening, someone had the thought that they could do something to stop this woman getting out of prison. That person would either need a specific reason, something to gain, or just be one of the smallest people/biggest cunts to ever grace the planet.
Every now and again I’ll sign up for EA pro, or ubisoft connect and cancel when I’m done with whatever game or games I signed up for. Xbgp is the only one I just keep paying for, despite not playing much via it. When they send me an email saying the price is going up, that will be when it becomes like the others and I will cancel.
86 million customers warn JP Morgan Chase they may have to start paying the money into a different bank account.
If you’ve not seen it already, watch Civil War. It’s excellent!
If my train costs more than it would to drive, park, and pay congestion charges, there is something very wrong with the system.
Not sure how they would manage this.
A landlord with a BTL interest only mortgage may be on a rate of ~2% today which in 18 months comes to term and they will need to remortgage on a rate of e.g ~4%. Their repayment will essentially double (that’s a simplification but fine for the example). They will also likely be required to show that the income of the property meets a certain % threshold of the repayment. They will therefore need to increase the rent. The tenent won’t be able to afford it, and it’s likely others won’t either. If you can’t afford to buy a house, you’re not going to be able to go from £1500 a month to £3k.
The landlord won’t be able to remortgage so they will have to sell. When this hits the BTL market, we will have an increase in properties needing to be sold which will reduce prices and for some, a loss for the landlord or lender.
The government needs to do something that will help first time buyers (owner occupiers) get a mortgage reducing the current dependancy on landlords, and banks need to do more to avoid the scenario I lay out here (reduce IO, reduce the number of properties someone can own via BTL etc).
Stamp duty is an obvious one. I’ve paid tax on my income, why should I pay tax to buy my first home. Or even my 2nd home (I don’t mean having a 2nd home I mean the 2nd house I move to and live in as my sole property). Also, with property prices always rising (I realise that prices decrease as well but over time they will always be higher) stamp duty increases. In fact, I think the current plan is to reduce the thresholds in 2025 so this will make things even worse.
Get rid of stamp duty below properties of e.g £5m.
The article focuses on 70+ year olds who have lived in another country for over 50% of their lives. If you have not lived in the UK for 40 or 50 years, and you intend to continue not living in the UK, then please get back in your box. 🙏
I could be wrong but it looks more like they are having a conversation. He’s not immediately taking advantage of the situation to call out and blame the tories for high energy prices, he’s having a conversation and mentioning how his 15 year old son is really tall and would need a big onesie. He’s talking wth her not at her. .
Everyone talks about her but I think about the complete fucking losers working for her, following her around. The people walking with her in the picture, begging to be snapped with her. What a bunch of sorry individuals
