Life is pretty flat out at the moment but also i go through periods where i forget about Aussie Zone haha and ill remember every now and then and come back and post a bit before i forget again :P
That would probably = a fail of the test :P
Maybe if you were sleeping more, you would recover quicker :P
On a more serious note, have you had your iron/ferritin levels checked recently? I was right on the low end of okay for Ferritin but my GP has a sports medicine background and knows how active i am, he said he would like to see the level at around 80 instead of the 20 it was at. I have to supplement to get to that level but i feel so much better for it and feel like my body recovers alot better now which was one of the main reasons he wanted me to boost my levels
One good test of overall fitness/mobility is to sit cross legged on the floor and then get up without using your hands :)
Most of the time i cook, the pot is too hot to put in the fridge when i go to bed, so stuff gets left overnight and i put it in the fridge when i wake up. Not dead yet :P
I decided to dip the toes into ETFs last December, using the Superhero app. Mix of Aussie and US, i just add money to my account any month i have any left over to do so, ill put some in savings and some into the ETF account. Probably looking at about 10% increase across the board when i hit the 1 year mark which has been nice. Your worst performer reminds me of much of my crypto, not worth the hassle of trading or withdrawing out!!
Im grateful that i got to start Calisthenics last week :) Im grateful for all of the work ive been putting in to be the best version of me i can be and the positive changes i am seeing :)
Sorry to hear. Relationships are tough, especially with kids. Be gentle with yourself and try to respond to the situation and conversations rather than react/defend. Hope the counsellor helps, either way though, from someone who has had 2 marriages end before 40, leaving is sometimes the best option for everyone and life gets to be great again given time. Relationships are absolutely worth fighting for but its definitely not a failure to walk away
Im so desperate for Friday to get here and to finally have some days off!! Have been doing 60-65 hour weeks at work for over a month now and on the weekends ive been up ladders installing picture rails and setting up all sorts of stuff for the photography business we are starting for my partner. So to say im exhausted would not even scratch the surface haha and i really need to get back to my hobbies and proper routine before my mental health suffers immensely!!
