It must be soulcrushing for the kid to grow up and realize his dad only started spending more time with him to use him as a meat shield.

It’s important to have a maximum hate level calibrated to within the tolerances of sanity. If you don’t have a set definition for 100% animosity level clearly defined in your mind, you can kind of wreck yourself.

I try to have 100% animosity defined as “I am not going to John Wick this guy, but they’re no longer part of the social contract that keeps me from thinking that would be fine if it happened”.

Hating anyone harder than that will only harm me.

Good approach. I don’t hate people, I respect that something in their developmental process must have seriously damaged their brains for them to become as messed up as they ended up being. I mean - my definition of normal people is that they do not give a shit about money beyond “having enough to comfortably live their lives in good health”, and that they would share even what little they have if they see someone suffer. You must be brain-damaged / developmentally damaged in order to suppress empathy on a daily basis, or not even feel it at all.

At worst, I despise people for what they are / the decisions they make.

That’s pretty objective. Very correct, and nothing I can dispute. Sadly that approach is incompatible with my brain damage.

Jokes aside, you’re gonna end up hating some people (perhaps temporarily) even if you take into account the rich tapestry of life and the fragility of human wisdom. It’s just human nature.

Having read Felix and Gotrek books, I expect to hear of your exploits soon on my favourite comedy true crime podcast.

Trust me it aint nothing like that, plus I have far far closer groups to hate. Like the fucking Seventh day Adventists, fucking cultists have been a pain in my family’s side for generations.

He thinks to himself “Yes, someone willing to kill me would certainly not shoot me in the head if my child was near there,” not thinking about the fact that many vital organs are below the child.

Kid might get hurt in the fall but to make an omelet and all that.

If you think he’s carrying his child as a meat shield but doesn’t have a bulletproof vest on you’re sorely mistaken - still I’m sure the kid has to go to school or the bathroom at some point…

What is sad is that such a child will grow up in that same culture and way of thinking …

This is the problem, such individuals will delight in pushing their agenda on kids…

He’s not terrible good at instilling his beliefs in his children. That’s already been tested. One day that kid will remember the one time he actually saw his dad and be horrified when he realizes why he was riding on his father’s shoulders.

Next he’ll walk about in a robot suit with children strapped to the outside all around. Finally we know why he keeps breeding like a rabbit.

As much as I like the image, we already know why he keeps breeding like a rabbit.

He’s got a huge impreg fetish and zero self control.

I wonder if he’s trying to speedrun this kid hating him. Not going to be a nice day when the kid realises daddy used him as an emergency bullet sponge
