    I was kind of agreeing with it right up until it said “Governments and Billionaires can improve” maybe but they cannot improve their way out of the system that they rely on to keep themselves in power because then they would not be in power any more and there are not many from either who would truly wish to give that power up.

    So yes, we can assume good faith on internet forums etc, even do restorative readings of posts and comments but there is a limit to how far that goes. There has to be a cut off point where it is seen that though the individual is not necessarily at fault or is arguing in good faith there is a limit to how far they are willing or able to go because moving past that point will break their world view, power and/or perhaps sense of identity and so they cannot meaningfully move past it in many cases.

      Do notice that the point I am trying to make is not that billionaires are good, but rather that it is possible to differentiate between two examples within that group.

      I added a new paragraph to the article that will hopefully prevent that misunderstanding going forward.

      Thanks for alerting me to the need to be more explicit and clear.
