I always thought he was known for fictional war writing like Tom Clancy. I never knew he was known for his horror stories. He wrote Hellraiser and Candyman was inspired by a short he wrote. I might need to add him to one of my favorite authors…

Right? His accreditation was always in the preview for his movies. Even if they landed on TV.

  OP is thinking of someone else. Barkers books don’t have anything to do with “war writing like Tom Clancy”.
