Pork chops with apples & onions, roast butternut squash, farro (whestberries).
Taco Tuesday. Fish tacos today. Online delivery substitutions meant we had too much fish, so kept half for fish and chips tomorrow night. Snapper cooked really well in chunks on bbq with herbs, cornflour and oil.
