I finally got up enough enthusiasm to make tortillas and did an extremely non-authentic fajita/taco thing. It was very yummy, but almost anything is yummy when wrapped in a freshly made tortilla.

A platter of meats and cheeses and fruits and vegetables and breads and beers and beers and beers and beers. Cheers 🍺

Chicken pot pie (just thickened up the soup, added peas and crust, lol)

texmex sausages and steamed vegies for dins. Have no idea what they will be like. We’ll find out. 🌭

I bake them as it’s so much easier and healthier and the snags are looking good so far 🙂

Not sure yet… I’m trying to interest the Peeler family in fresh pasta I brought home from work, aaaand they’re sick of pasta 🙆🏼‍♀️
