I’m dealing with eating issues where I have to set a repeating alarm on my desktop/phone/watch to remind myself when to drink ensure because I never get hungry or thirsty.
My psychiatrist suggested that I change the time I set the alarm for each day. I could just set it to a different time when I get up in the morning, which I’m willing to do, but that’s going to be a massive pain in the ass.
Essentially, I need something that picks 3 random times a day, maybe within an hour range (i.e. any time between noon and 3 pm) for an alarm to go off to let me know it’s time to get some calories in me.
I almost always have my watch on, but I don’t always have my phone or am at my computer, so I would prefer something that will work on all three or at least both my phone and watch.
Any ideas?
Forgive my oldness here, I’m assuming it’s a smart watch.
I use this app for several alarms all day long to remind me to eat and drink. I even purchased the premium because it has a lot of neat options.

I began ignoring the water alarms overtime, so I bought this water bottle that lights up when it’s time to drink.
