minus-squareDuenan@aussie.zonelinkfedilinkarrow-up0·1 year agoI’ll be honest, banning yourself from news helps me a lot because sometimes it’s just way too much for me. I enjoy listening to my radio talk shows because in a bubble they have a rule for not talking about news in the world or politics for the most part. I also have tools for some escapisms when I need it. It’s not healthy to be connected constantly to bad news every day.

minus-squareDuenan@aussie.zonelinkfedilinkarrow-up0·1 year agoTriple M’s Rush hour, a lot of rubbish and nonsense type fun there which I don’t mind. I have some other stuff on the side like all my sports podcasts but also have Sushi Mango and Hamish and Andy as well.
