This happened before and then got fixed. I’m not sure what’s wrong but if I try to update anything in my account settings I get a network error, unable to save message. For anything in account settings I need to go to my instance directly on a browser and then update and it’ll be picked up by sync. This hasn’t worked for months and I’m hoping someone here has an idea of what might be wrong.

You need to post your device information. Click on the i in the circle on the far right when your keyboard is open. Works for me.
