    But… I just want milk that tastes like real milk

    I hate that to survive I must trawl through specials and deals, that are still more costly than the specials and deals a few years ago.

    I almost wish I didn’t move into an apartment that gets so little sun; could have had a garden and grown some food to offset some costs.

      Low fat, not fat, Full Creme, High Calcium, High Protein, Soy, Light, Skim Omega 3 or… (something) with extra Dollop?

      Just off the top of my head I think I did ok there.

      I understand that. Things would be so much better if housing also included things like chicken coops and greenhouses. There’s a chapter about it in The Conquest of Bread and it makes me sad thinking about what we could have had
