I put pineapple in my spaghetti. Both because I enjoy the taste, and to spite the face of god.
Best when you use a fresh/ripe pineapple.
- Grill the pineapple either as planks or circles first.
- Then use for topping on pizza. People tossing canned pineapple on pizza are sad :(
You can still grill canned pineapple, to mellow out the flavor.
(Or air fry it for like 10-15 minutes)
