      As I’ve mentioned elsewhere, nothing wrong with that, but litigation won’t have an outcome before the election. It’s important to take other actions which will have an impact now.

          Something like:

          • Publicly state that she has not endorsed Trump
          • Prominently and visibly endorse Harris
          • Show up at a high-profile event like the Democratic convention to endorse Harris
