The hallway is no problem. It could just have another 45 in it right behind the kitchen wall. It’d be unorthodox, but I have definitely seen wonkier shit in old apartment buldings.

I’m pretty sure the location of the bedroom as depicted to the right of where the bicycle hangs (right?) is still physically impossible.
