#1 reason I stick with PCs. Apple deciding that it knows best and deciding how users get to use their machines thanks to the Apple walled garden.

Windows would like to catch up, but thankfully you’re still free to completely break it if you want.

I have a Mac at work, and apple trying to control what people does with their devices is stupid and they should be shamed for it.

        Checkmate!

Nobody cares who you block. Go ahead and block me. I used to have plenty of apple stuff in the past and have none now because they charge a premium for something that they barely change with each “new” iphone that comes out.

Ya, but the community is literally called apple enthusiast. You don’t sound like an enthusiast if you hate the brand and don’t use it.

It is possible I think to enjoy a company’s products without defending everything the company does, especially not the things that benefit the company at the expense of the owners of said products

You can be an enthusiast and still be able to criticise. Apple has changed a lot over the years, and not always for the better.

I got this on the front page, I don’t need to be an apple apologist to see the news. If you don’t want non fanboys, tell your admin to disallow it there

I thought it was “it’s” as it’s a possessive apostrophe?

The policies are Apple’s, so it’s would be an appropriate substitution, no?
