Japanese game company Capcom has reported record sales and predicted even bigger returns are to come, with Monster Hunter Wilds waiting in the wings.

I don’t know that the Japanese game industry has had layoffs like the west has.

I’m reminded of the time Satoru Iwata cut his own salary to avoid layoffs at Nintendo.
