I’ve witnessed a lady stopped at the crosswalk by the guard and his stop sign, then decide she just didn’t want to wait any more so drove through anyway.
The guard was trying to somewhat step in front of her car and hold the sign in front of the car window, but she just kept going so he had to get out of the way. Luckily no kids were in the immediate path.
Have you tried moving the schools away from the cars?
They should put all the schools in bike lanes.

have bike lanes in some places here and assholes treat them as parking all the fucking time.
Obviously the problem here is schools.
