Looks hot, all that concrete. No trees, no grass.
San Fran is more in the northern part of California and right on the coast where it isn’t as regularly hot as the southern half.
This isn’t too egregious. It just needs some traffic calming. I think the affordability is more caused by people seeing housing as an investment and causing a bubble.
It looks fine to me.
It must suck being able to afford to live in SF
This is not the worst density as there are no gardens. There are suburbs where each house has a park sized garden
