You have debt.

This seems fairly obvious you have less of it but likely even less ability to pay it. As the entire economy collapses the number of debtors skyrockets and ability to collect on them is basically nil which makes harassing you on the phone even less productive than usual. Taking everyone to court also doesn’t work great and states may actually provide temporary relief.
