With its bright blue and soft brown plumage, it was voted Australia’s “bird of the year” in 2021, “narrowly defeating the tawny frogmouth in a nail-biting finish” in a poll by Guardian Australia and BirdLife Australia.

You can’t name a bird “Superb Fairywren” and then NOT protect it!!!

What the hell kind of bait and switch is that?

    Ask these guys how they help the wrens. They don’t advertise this on their website, but their gardens are a total wren sanctuary. Do an image search for ‘berry farm wrens’ and you’ll see thousands of photos of wrens among the tables, even eating out of people’s hands. It’s pretty neat to be eating in a garden setting with a wren literally sharing your table singing to you.
