Cyberpunk+DLC. Well worth it. (Not at launch, but never play on release-day).
Other than that I would have to check my library for hours-played to answer that… Which is sad.
Last AAA for me was Jedi: Survivor. Even played it on release day. Didn’t have any problems. But then again, I also had sane graphics settings for what my card could handle.
I just bought on release-day. But didn’t play it until a year later. I learnt from my mistakes, and behold, it was the right choice. They released way too early 😁

Dude just bought that game off Steam for 75% off. Was like 17 bucks.
