I unironically want them. No more plastic bags where I live, so I’m running on reserve. I only have a few years stockpile left.

I have the new plastic bags, here. The ones that are supposed to replace the old ones, but are just THICC plastic and cost $0.10-$0.50 each. You’d think I’d go “oh wow, more robust, is better!” But it feels so much less guilt free and so not only do I not get them as often, but don’t use them because it would be wasteful if I did use them, and they’re still a shitty “disposable” plastic bag and not trustworthy for important stuff.

You mean the very thin single use ones? What do you need them for and can’t you buy them? Can’t you use other kind of bags?

        can’t you buy them

I mean, that’s the point; you didn’t have to. Never had to think about it, they were just there and free, accumulated from the groceries I brought home. I used them for small trashcan liners and to clean out the cat litterbox.

Yeah I use other bags for other things now. I used cloth for groceries and instead of reusing the grocery bag, now I buy plastic garbage bags…
