    Well, pinball is my jam - still kinda casual, IMHO. I was thinking more of those that tell a story & have lots of gameplay mechanics - I’m too old, and never could get used to or comfortable with managing camera angles & all that kinda stuff that uses so many more controls than we had in my day. A joystick/pad & at most a few buttons is all I was used to until adulthood demanded that I had extremely little time for games anymore for a few decades.

      I’d argue there’s still plenty of recent-ish games with simple controls you might enjoy.

      Like Paper’s Please for instance. It does get complicated but not control-wise.

      In general many puzzle games are very simple control-wise. https://enclose.horse/ is one of my favorite web puzzle games for instance.
