What really gets me in this picture is that they’re not looking at each other and smiling. They’re looking at each other and hating that “his is bigger than mine”. They can’t even enjoy what they have.

They can’t even enjoy what they have.

It’s worse than that. Many do enjoy what they have. They are extremely happy and simply don’t care.

Not a single one of them doesn’t strive and debase themselves every single day to get more than what they already have, to add billions to their pile of billions. I don’t think that is evidence of happiness.

I mean when they attend one of their Epstein parties they are probably happy in the moment of it, but they do seem to be fundamentally unsatisfied creatures overall.

People like to think that because it makes them feel better about not being rich. But many billionaires are very happy.

Bold of you to assume that any of “them” are actually “there” to see each other. The people that own these are “too busy” to sail there and then out. These ships are manned by staff who bring them here and then wait for the .01% to fly in, spend a few hours and then fly out.

Even better, is that I am willing to bet that more than a few are there to hold their positions, so they don’t get pushed back next year, but won’t be there this year at all. In fact I guarantee that at least a few are there to piss off someone else who is farther away, but can’t get closer because the other ship is there.

I mean let’s be serious, do you really think that the type of person who spends this kind of money on something is going to sleep somewhere that someone in a speed boat could get close enough to cause noise or even a minor bobbing of the ship any time of day, much less in the middle of the night?

Its a fair assumption that “they” are all “there”. As “there” is Monte Carlo, and “then” is the Monaco Grand Prix.

That’s how they get stuck in the money game. They are incapable of being happy or content. They exist to serve The Hunger

If you’re referring to the direction each boat is facing, this is just because they are anchored and there is wind and current in the water. If you watch a time lapse of boats parked in a bay, you will see they all eerily move synchronously over time.
