    Ohio is way more expensive than people think, but yeah these bills are so centrist as to not even really get to the heart of the problems. Down-payment assistance is great, but the 3Cs need dense multi family housing and decent public transit.

    Until Columbus starts acting like a city its size it’s going to keep having the same problems
