We have only five days left to pay the $600 rent for our rented place. If we don’t pay on time, we may find ourselves without a home.

That’s why I asked. Because any fake people ruin it for the real people.
Last post wanting money, I just asked in seriousness how does the money get to you, and how do you actually spend cash in Gaza? And they deleted the post altogether. So that tells me the person was fake.
This one says family of six, but the photos were of four individual people that didn’t seem to be family unit. Usually a family in need posts a family photo, rather than random headshots.
Its OK to be skeptical and curious. Look how many fake Ukraine gofundmes there were when that broke out.
@BCsven You’re not curious. Than you would have found out by which means Palestinians in Gaza have been surviving this genocide during the last 3 years. You’re judgemental and accusatory.

@BCsven
About the money, several options to receive it: Paypal, cryptocurrency, IBAN.
About the photos, I can say that not everyone is comfortable to share their pictures online, for different reasons.
And with the destruction that is happening where can you go to retrieve funds safely?
@BCsven
Mohammed made a very interesting thread about the money in Gaza, I’ll let you read it:

@BCsven Coming with this “question” in the 3rd year of this genocide is a sure sign of your lack of any interest in how Palestinians in Gaza have been surviving till today.
@raphaellakay
See how nobody answers, but expect understanding.
And a fresh verified site means nothing in today’s webscams. Its hard to prove somebody exists via websites
@BCsven
I was away so I was late to answer :)
Gaza Verified is run by Aral Balkan with help of volunteers: Joy and Aseel (another Aseel, not the Aseel from the post here) who are Palestinians. Casey and Fabio are also part of the team.
Verification is made by video call. Same as the verification on Radio Watermelon.
