Is there any android phone that can be run without a battery? Just powered by usb cable?

What is your goal? technically any Android phone can do it, just remove the internal battery. Some might complain, probably most will complain, but they will start and work
do you have example of such devices?
Maybe if you put a telephony connection on a raspberry Pi with a physical power plug, then used a USB headset? IDK if phones like you’re asking after exist since it’s kind of a step back towards reliance on physical connections.
