I got a headache everyday it is always caused by allergies. Usually it is barely noticeable, but sometimes it gets painful.

I was wondering if anyone else is on the same boat and if anyone got a fix for this.

    What you can do if it is allergic indeed:

    • avoid too hot showers
    • flush your sinuses with nasal irrigation devices
