Barely even a novice, so grain of salt; but yes. Witch is not gendered and neither is witchcraft. There is a focus on feminine energy (probably a lot of reasons for that), but masculine energy does have it’s (equal) place and neither is the sole domain of either gender.
Well I may be male but I’ve got as much if not more feminine energy than masculine :)
