I feel like I’m always carrying water around, but never actually drinking it… I know I should drink more water, so I always keep it available; but I always lean towards something sweet/flavored instead. Particularly pop/iced tea.
I had the same issue but many a moons ago I was watching Sassy Gay Friend and they were advertising this new thing. So new that they couldnt’ afford real advertisements. Mio. Now, Mio has gotten shit since but the liquid flavor enhancer stuff I SWEAR BY. I always have it in my water and I go through a lot more water due to it.
Is that healthy? No fuckin’ clue but I drink way more water now so it’s a trade off. Literally been years of using this shit. My god over a decade. I’m old as fuck.
And no not an advertisement for Mio because I am not getting paid. I wish I was getting paid so I could afford their competitors. Honestly I like the Great Value ones personally but Crystal Light is nice too. Their pomegranate one is tasty
I’ve tried a few of those flavor additives for water, but every one I’ve tried has artificial sweeteners in it that I can’t get past the taste of. Aspartame in particular is the only thing I can taste when it’s in a drink. Sucralose is another one that just ruins flavor.
That and I like my caffeine, but I’m not big on coffee…
