The aspect I hate is that there is no exact app with the label “Lemmy” for the app, which I need to use Boost for Lemmy and Summit for Lemmy, although I will never find a mouse icon in them that reflects the true Lemmy identity in those apps. I hold this opinion because I have used centralized social platforms where their focus is also on centralized identity that represent the social apps.
Lemmy’s app is Jerboa. You can change the icon to look like whatever you want, that’s true for any app btw. Tough to compare it to a centralized platform though. Watermelons vs bananas.
Closest to nothing, it’s just the original app developed for Lemmy. I don’t think it’s closest to reddit at all. I thought you were complaining about Lemmy not having an app.
What aspect do you hate?

That’s the closest? 😄 I’ll take a look

So stop using 3rd party apps and just use the webinterface? That’s the “native app” of lemmy.
Yes
