Are the videos being shared?
If the CPU power was there then a browser plug-in would allow you to do it by right clicking on any image to instantly generate a cum-shot or worse: a gun-shot.
It could also generate some beautiful things like showing the person ageing backwards into a baby. Actually my friend tried that but it just showed him holding a baby (he used FramePack and ran out of credits before succeeding).
My point is that this raises philosophical thought police issues.
Generating nonconsensual sexual videos is not something you think, it’s something you do.
Are the fantasies in my mind non consensual?
Fine I’ll repeat. Generating nonconsensual sex videos is not in your mind. Focus mate. Y’all clearly gotta lay off the LLMs, it’s bad for your cognition.
Is drawing someone on paper nude okay? What if it’s hyper realistic? What if it’s just a stick figure with giant breasts added? Is using Photoshop to enhance it okay? All of these things are things we do.
It’s much more nuanced than it seems. Where is the societal line of what’s okay and what isn’t?
The line is consent. Always has been.
EDIT: so many of you bending over backwards defending that creepy shit. Mind boggling.
Like everyone is familiar with SSC. That’s an ongoing problem and has been since my introduction to BDSM, which was its own personal brand of hell.
Note I didn’t defend anything. Simply asking where the line was. If the line is consent then, does that mean the AI should be banned? What about Photoshop? What about stick figures of people with boobs? How far should we go to make sure it never happens? Should doors be burst down and office drawers be searched? Will you decide?
Why should it stop at physical representations? What about romance novels that are inspired by real people? Movies? How lewd is to the point of policing these actions? Is simple inspiration okay, at what likeness does an actor have to match them?
People have been making face swap porn since mspaint came out. I’m sure in the future we’ll have the Futurama Napster scenario fully actualized. My main question remains, where is the line in the sand? Is it here? Is it now? Why wasn’t it 20 years ago? Or 50 years ago with Elmer’s glue and magazines? Or is it in the future?
Nuance. It’s not a yes or no thing, and again I’m not defending anyone, all I’m saying is AI is Pandora’s box and it’s been flung open - but it’s only amplifying what was already there.
I think we can all agree that stick figures with breasts are objectively funny.
Remember this thread is about a bot commodifying the production of cumshot videos from any person’s photo. I fail to see any nuance here. There is only one use: generating porn featuring people that don’t want to. Decency rules continues to apply to general use tools as it always did.
Sadly tech lovers tend not to care about consent.
I mean, I assume?
I found the bot promoted in a different Telegram channel dedicated to making and sharing AI-generated nonconsensual pornography which has about 50,000 members.
This isn’t thought policing… First off, these are actions, but second, no one’s policing it.
Almost all LLMs you see are lobotomized versions of what they could be because everything has to be family friendly, etc. So everything you see already comes thoughtpoliced from the factory. Don’t worry.
Yeah given the fact that several LLM’s “accidentally” became racist, told people to kill themselves, gave instructions on how to make explosives, etc. I think you’re vastly overstating how “lobotomized” they are
Yeah, given that LLMs are trained from the internet, they all eventually devolve into “Hitler did nothing wrong” memes and/or hardcore racism.
The knowledge is still there, it’s just that the LLM has been instructed not to divulge it, and these instructions are often imperfect and can sometimes be circumvented accidentally or on purpose.
Disgusting.
Here’s a question.
How is a digital cumshot image of a person worse than say a kitten being tortured, or a war being fought?
If you aren’t trolling, then you should consider that more than one thing can be bad, and that non-consensual pornography is a violation of a person’s autonomy. Please don’t leave comments like this on Beehaw, if it happens again you will be banned.
all they said was this is disgusting. guess we found one out that 100k
What is wrong with you dude?
This implies that bad things are comparable. They aren’t, they’re all bad in their own way.
Cancer cured! Climate change solved! Mideast at peace! Finally, we can get to what really matters: AI-generated cumshots.
