I miss the light-up nub on the Nexus One. It was one of the best notification indicators I’ve ever seen on a phone.
I too miss notification lights. I also miss headphone jacks, removable batteries, MicroSD slots, trackballs, and the menu button.
Then you get to die alone eating cat food while the company you slaved for announces even more record profits and layoffs on the TV.
Thanks for all that can do attitude and work ethic as I drained the sum of your life force over decades, it was just enough to pay for the galley counters on my backup mega yacht, sucker!!!

There was a great B plot in the “Full Monty” tv show about the plight of old people. Really hits you in the feels.
As a fifty something, I still have 40 years left. I’ll die way before I get there. Can’t risk running out of money in retirement. Maybe someday I will get a diagnosis that lets me retire for a few months. Straight into palliative care…
