Anybody ever use canned clams?
I’m making a red clam sauce with a can of clams. Left to my own devices, I’d rinse the clams thoroughly before adding to the sauce.
Do I want the juice?

I made a clam chowder once with canned clams and used the juice and it was awful.
I do not think it was the juice that was the issue.
