Thinking this is a Tawny. Photo looks to be attributed to Ossi Saarinen of Finland, but I can’t find it on any of their primary outlets.

Could be a Ural Owl, this one looks too small, but I can’t really tell the exact size, or see the facial disc, back, or tail that would give me a better idea.

I wonder if it is this same owl.
