They’re also close to buyitforlife territory. Mine is >15 years old (1st gen i5!). The AM4 mount would’ve been free if I had the original receipt. But alas, I had to fork out $10 cause I was too dumb to have taken a photo of it back then.

Huh interesting. We had a chat with our midwife and she offhandedly said it would be easier on parents to skip the baby talk/voice, and just speak in your normal calm voice so the baby gets used to the “real” you.

Many protocols have packet ids starting from (and wrapping back to) 1. Modbus registers start from 1, but stored in memory offset 0.

Packet lengths can either include or exclude the length itself. E.g. packet length 200 in a protocol could either mean the length is followed by 200 bytes of data; or 1 byte containing the length + 199 data; or even 4 bytes length + 196 data (off by four!)
