Because the commenter is coloring a picture that’s not accurate and I want to make it clear it’s not so. It’s a quick comment that costs me nothing and it’s mean to clarify. But now it’s a huge deal, holy cow.

Yup, I used to do PCR genotyping. 50 samples running the same setup would take me a whole 12-hour day at my lower end lab.
