Cautionary Tales is excellent! The production is top-notch, as is the writing. Every episode tells a true story and relates it to contemporary society. It’s one podcast I really look forward to new episodes.

Cooking @lemmy.world•[QUESTION] What is your easiest method to cook eggs?
3·6 months agoGood to hear! - I’m inspired to try it now on this long weekend. (Although who am I to have doubted José’s Andres… the man is a benelovent humanitarian culinary genius and Spanish cuisine is right in line with where my tastes lie).

10·6 months agoI keep seeing this method from Joses Andres and have been meaning to try it. Sounds about as easy as can be, with minimal cleanup. And uses the microwave:

Octopi is the closest one to Nova and is being very actively developed.

Yes, that’s the one. There are certainly some standout episodes for me personally, but I’ve found all of them to be interesting if not enthralling… and certainly entertaining. Kind of a gold standard for what I like in a podcast (not to oversell it or anything 😆). (Like you, I do really enjoy Behind the Bastards too)
