Who would have thought that the neo-fascist pushing for the reintroduction of public executions would be publicly executed?
Honestly I prefer watching a series a few years after it came out. Because if there’s one thing I hate today it’s that you may watch the first season when it come out only for the next to either be cancelled or be delayed, only coming out 2-3 years after the first one. At that point I have to watch the 1st season again just to remember the details of what happened. By waiting until multiple seasons come out or if the show ends I can watch it all in one go and have a coherent story (unless the writers just give up by season 3 LOL.
I guess FOMO makes us watch everything right when it comes out. Or if it’s a really really good show and I enjoy the premise I’ll of course watch it as I go but man the wait can be excruciating sometimes.

Political Memes@lemmy.world•Rand Paul is still trying to blame vaccines
0·4 天前Infection is the best protection? Alright then Rand, please get infected with HIV so that you may be protected from it in the future. Better yet, expose yourself to Marburg virus so you’ll never have to use a vaccine ever again. Doesn’t sound so smart now does it?

0·5 天前I mean, did we really think the genocidal apartheid regime would do this any differently?
Well someone read The Handmaid’s Tale and was moved by it completely in the wrong way. Shit, he’s pretty much describing Gilead and any other theocratic totalitarian regimes we never thought would exit the realms of fiction. Sad piece of shit I hope the weight of his hate will weigh him down forever.
They always talk about protecting the west yet they love Russia and all it stands for (just can’t openly say it because evil EU sanctions)
Awww look the misogynist fascist wants his rights he denied others :(
Oh boy now I can add this to my “Americans being so far gone that they don’t realize a movie about US imperialism is a movie about US imperialism”. Almost like MAGA thinking Homelander is a celebration of Trump for 3 whole seasons before realizing it may actually he the opposite.
Guys can we please leave politics out of gaming? Not all white people wear gray shirts this is clear misrepresentation of the white identity. Typical libs always trying to force labels on us. Go woke, go broke!

News@lemmy.world•A Study Found Asthma Improves After Switching From a Gas Stove to Electric | Gas stoves are a source of indoor air pollution. New evidence shows how much they may affect people with respiratory issues
112·13 天前And heat is hot. Who would have thought that having a gas canister in your home and having it burn natural gas INSIDE of your home could somehow worsen indoor air quality. Why don’t we just put our gas grill inside as well because clearly big electricity is just spreading fake news that gas is bad.
Please, don’t give me hope. This feels like seeing a photo of a loved one you lost. Still hurts that we had this in the past and now no more
Is that a creative and polished products based on my IP in MY community??? Oh hell no, reggie send the IP guard to this mf.
Just open the windows in the morning and evening and you’ll be fine. At least that’s what our politicians with million dollar villas with full AC units told us. We can’t lose our shit after a few 30+ celsius days 🤪
Excellent revival of a classic meme. Love to see it! Seriously though the world’s top-class physicists have to look into this quantum phenomenon. Clearly we can’t go and check ourselves because we would perturb the system by observing it.

Mmmmh yes, I sure love it when the supermarket accepts my passion and love for pushing the envelope and moving humanity forward through tech to pay my groceries. Add to that the banks who pay my debt for me as long as I aim to improve human health through data-driven approaches and AI, leveraging today’s technology for tomorrow’s challenges. Anyone else?
