Someone, maybe Elon, told him some stuff about hydrogen vehicles and he’s regurgitating it in a jumbled way.
He’s always been incoherent and intellectually lazy. Not good qualities for a president. Now combine that with burnout from doing rally after rally and you get this. But I’m not sure I’d describe it as cognitive decline.
Words cannot express how much “running against Trump being crazy” doesn’t work. That was Hillary’s strategy. They’re always loyal to him. They don’t care what he says or does.
Give people something to vote for. Give them a reason to show up.

Keep in mind this still can affect people on the margins. If it increases dem turnout by 1% that matters. If it decreased trump turnout by 1% that natters too

I listened to it and it kind of makes sense like everything he’s said for the last 10 years has made sense. The dancing was weird, but this is normal trump shit to me. Is the cognitive decline thing working? It’s going to have the opposite effect if you use this on his normal shit.
The people that need to be reached with a “cognitive decline” message are low information voters who don’t know that superficial, rapid-fire lies like this are normal for Trump and just see this screenshot with words written down that make very little sense
