thanks, enjoyed that. didnt know the recommended procedure was to stir up the egg and grounds before hot water becomes involved! makes a velvety texture i assume because it winds up having boiled egg in it (its like egg-drop soup with coffee in it 😄)
Between this and the Bulletproof craze a few years ago we can almost get a whole breakfast in one cup!

Butter and coconut oil in coffee.
Coffee with butter in it, and often cocoa, too.
I have been debating trying this for years. I might get a cup this year at the state fair just to try it out. Velvety is a great description
