    So let me get this straight… If I treat chronic pain with cannabis I’m not trusted with a firearm, but if I’m a drunk or have a history of beating my wife thats fine so long as I don’t handle the firearm while intoxicated.

      Tbf there are laws against purchasing a firearm If you have committed domestic violence, which SCOTUS upheld recently

    I’d love to see statistics about gun violence where simple marijuana use was involved. Mitigating factors like black market dealing, gang violence, alcohol was also used, ECT.
