The British Columbia government has filed a class-action lawsuit against manufacturers of so-called “forever chemicals” it says are involved in the widespread contamination of drinking water systems.
Now that is a good government.
Government regulations require chemicals in tap under the claim of purification or cleansing, that’s why people now pay for filtered water instead of using tap water.
BC government is a hypocrite.
These aren’t even the most dangerous chemicals in there! Dihydrogen monoxide kills millions every year, but they’ll never ban it from the tap water.

Going by the number of down votes, @[email protected] can start a wind farm powered by the whooshes happening here.
Government is forever the problem in society.
BC is expensive, but at least they act on stuff.
Keep up the good fight, BC gov! Hopefully we will start banning even more down here. We have a short list, but there are thousands of short and long chain PFAS out there.
