You guys actually preheat your ovens? What are you, 60?
You cannot make good pizza without a ferociously preheated oven. Few home ovens get properly hot, and the closer you can get the better.
Is this a meme? I hear people saying this on lemmy and my brain refuses to internalize that there are people who do not preheat their ovens.
Yeah… definitely preheat your oven. They do not heat up in a linear fashion and putting your food early does not guarantee it gets cooked all the way

My oven makes a pretty loud clicking noise when it’s done preheating, I’m surprisingly consistent with noticing it.
