I have those exact flowers (bachelor button) growing all over our property, didn’t plant any of them.
Oh cool! I think they’re really pretty. I have this “wildflower” seed mix they came from. The vines though are from seeds I harvested from ones I grew last year. Yes, I’m very proud of growing seeds from my own plants for the first time

It’s kusamakura, grass pillow, a term also used for a journey and the title of a book by my favorite author, natsume sōseki.
