Just to be clear, you’ve been able to do that since the very first iPhone. No idea why the person you replied to said “now”.

looks more like a desktop version of Facebook Messenger (which, from what I’ve heard, can also be captured with screenshots).
Far too difficult for most people to bother with a screenshot or screen record on PC and transfer it to mobile - or just login on the PC and post the social media from there.
Then don’t post it.
If you can’t be bothered to do it right, don’t bother to do it at all.
Doesn’t work on this planet. People gonna be lazy and just do what they want.
