          Some people have bad vision. Some people have a hard time seeing things like weird perspectives. There’s all kinds of reasons why someone wouldn’t be able to tell what is happening in the picture. There’s no need to call people dumb.

        You can see their shadow on the glass. Either terrible image generation or, more likely, holes. In Japan and the east in general you sometimes get fences with spots for pets to sit in. So I would think this to be in Japan.

        The reflection of their heads is on the outside of the glass, so their head has to be trough a hole in the glass I suppose

  7. No breed discrimination, all breeds welcome. Our stance matches the ASPCA’s official stance and is not up for debate.
  8. Citing your sources when making a claim is encouraged. Misinformation will be removed.
