Wife sent me a Reddit link. I clicked on it and this is what I see.

Auto modded? On a subreddit about venting? Wtf.

Becuss the government wont subsidize it, in a perfect world instead of the police or military a little bit of money could go to it so companies have incentive to hire someone and give them the same pay while they work less days?
